FIELD MEETS AND GUIDELINES.

I.H.C members enjoy a number of Field Meets, Manning Meets, Seminars and Lectures.

It is strongly recommended that all field meet organizers appoint a field master and conduct field meets on the following guidelines:

- Members should obtain permission for guests from the organizers prior to the day of the event.

- No guns or weapons of any kind.

- Dogs are permitted only by prior arrangement with the organizers.

- All those attending must abide by the field masterís instructions at all times.

- Members must behave in a sporting manner with regard to the quarry and respect all other flora and fauna.

- Any member slipping a hawk out of turn will be asked to leave the field.

- Members must respect all land, livestock and property and have due regard to the generosity of the landowner.

- Members attending meets on another memberís land must on no account return there.

- A cap must be collected.The amount to be agreed on the day to defray the field organizers expenses.

- All quarry must be dispatched as quickly as possible under the field masters supervision.
