Membership of the Irish Hawking Club not only keeps you informed of legal requirements and developments through our quarterly publications, it puts you in touch with falconers who have experienced the same kind of problems you will.
The Irish Hawking Club is a member of the International Organisation for Falconry and Conservation of Birds of Prey which protects falconry at an international level and of FACE, Ireland which ensures the continuance of falconry as a hunting sport in Ireland and the rest of Europe.
You can apply for membership of the Irish Hawking Club by contacting our membership secretary or by downloading a membership form which can be printed out, and posted to our membership secretary.
To download a membership application form click on the relevant link below. These forms will open in microsoft word or a similar programme. Print out the form, fill in the relevant details and post it to the club membership secretary. (see printed form for postal address and relevant membership fee.) Current members will need to download just the 'Renewal Form', while prospective members will need to download both the 'New Membership' forms 'Part I & II'.
IHC Policy is that all New Membership Applications are published in the Club Newsletter.
The I.H.C produces and distributes three News Letters and a Club Journal each year. All membership categories receive these publications.
